At Stacked by Jayneebell we want your experience to be as beautiful as the jewelry you ordered. Here's everything you need to know about getting your pieces from our hands to your wrist. 💛


Processing Time

Every Stacked by Jayneebell piece is made with care and intention. Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

Handcrafted gold filled pieces are made to order by our founder Michele — good things take a little time and yours is worth the wait.

Need your order by a specific date? Reach out to us before placing your order and we'll do our best to make it happen. We actually answer. 💛


Shipping Time

Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number straight to your inbox. From there shipping times are as follows:

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days after shipment
  • Total estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days from order date

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. Your tracking number will be sent the moment your order leaves our hands.


Free Shipping

We offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping on all US orders $250 and over.

Orders under $250 are charged a flat rate shipping fee at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships you'll receive an automated email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package anytime at usps.com or through the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

If you haven't received a tracking number within 7 business days of your order please reach out to us and we'll look into it right away.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is in the hands of USPS we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the carrier. However — we are real humans who care about our customers and we will always do our best to help resolve any shipping issues.

If your package is lost or significantly delayed please contact us at hello@stackedbyjayneebell.com and we'll work with you to find a solution. 💛


Incorrect Address

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Stacked by Jayneebell is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order please contact us right away and we'll do our best to correct it before it ships.


US Shipping Only

At this time we ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding our shipping options in the future — stay tuned! 💛
