We want you to absolutely love your Stacked by Jayneebell pieces. If something isn't right we're here to make it right. 💛
Our Promise
Your happiness matters to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your online purchase please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery and we'll take care of you.
Store Credit
Please note that Stacked by Jayneebell does not offer cash refunds. All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
The good news? Your store credit never expires. Use it whenever you're ready — no rush, no pressure. It's yours to keep. 💛
Returns
We accept returns on unworn and unaltered items within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return:
- Email us at hello@stackedbyjayneebell.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
- Ship your item back to us — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Once your item is received and inspected we'll issue your store credit within 3-5 business days
Please note:
- Items must be unworn and unaltered to qualify
- Original packaging is not required
- Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Custom sized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned
- Items marked as final sale cannot be returned
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange your piece for a different size or style within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn and unaltered.
To request an exchange:
- Email us at hello@stackedbyjayneebell.com with your order number and what you'd like to exchange for
- We'll confirm availability and send you instructions
- Ship your original item back — return shipping is the customer's responsibility
- We'll ship your new piece once we receive the original
If there is a price difference between items we'll either issue store credit for the difference or send you a link to pay the balance. 💛
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@stackedbyjayneebell.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damage or defect
We will replace damaged or defective items at no charge and cover the shipping on replacements. This is our promise — always. 💛
Gold Filled — Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty
All gold filled pieces handcrafted by Stacked by Jayneebell are backed by our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty.
If your gold filled piece experiences a manufacturing defect — broken stretch cord, charm separation, or clasp failure — we will repair or replace it for life. No questions asked. Just reach out and we'll make it right.
Please note this warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover normal wear, damage caused by improper care, or loss.
Gold Plated — 60-Day Craftsmanship Promise
All gold plated pieces curated by Stacked by Jayneebell are backed by our 60-Day Craftsmanship Promise.
If your gold plated piece arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect — broken cord or charm separation — reach out within 60 days and we'll replace it. No drama.
Please note: gold plated pieces will naturally show wear over time. This is the nature of plating and is not covered under our promise. Follow our care instructions and store properly when not wearing to extend the life of your piece.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom sized pieces
- Items marked as final sale at time of purchase
- Items purchased during promotional sales of 30% off or more
- Digital gift cards
Market & Pop-Up Purchases
Purchases made at our farmers markets and pop-up events are handled on a case by case basis. If you have a concern about a market purchase please reach out to us directly at hello@stackedbyjayneebell.com and we'll do our best to take care of you. 💛

How Store Credit Works
Once your return is approved you'll receive a store credit code via email that can be applied at checkout on any future purchase at stackedbyjayneebell.com.
- Store credit never expires
- Store credit can be used on any item including sale items
- Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash
- Store credit codes are non-transferable
