Can I wear my jewelry every day?
Yes — that’s exactly how it’s designed to be worn.
Our bracelets are made for daily wear, stacking, and real life. While we always recommend treating your jewelry with care, many customers wear their pieces daily with no issues.
Will my jewelry tarnish or discolor?
Gold-filled and sterling silver jewelry are known for their longevity and resistance to tarnish. Over time, natural wear can occur — especially with constant exposure to water, lotions, or chemicals — but with proper care, your pieces will shine for years.

What is your lifetime guarantee?
We stand behind our jewelry.
If your piece breaks or discolors due to normal wear, we ask that you send back as many of the original beads and the charm as possible. Once received, we’ll repair or replace the piece with the same design — or a similar style if the original is no longer available.
Our goal is simple: we want you wearing and loving your jewelry for a long time.
What’s included in the Stack of the Month?
Our Stack of the Month includes 4–5 bracelets, thoughtfully curated by us to layer beautifully together. It’s the easiest, most affordable way to build a complete stack — no styling guesswork required.
Each monthly stack is intentionally designed and priced as a value.
What does “Build Your Own Stack” mean?
Build Your Own Stack allows you to choose your favorites and create a personalized set of 4–5 bracelets. You’ll have full freedom to mix metals, textures, and styles to create something that feels uniquely you.
How do I know what size to choose?
Our bracelets are designed to comfortably fit a 6–7 inch wrist and are made with stretch for ease and comfort. They may feel slightly snug at first but will naturally relax with wear.

What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, as long as the jewelry is unworn and in original condition.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within that timeframe so we can assist you.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 3–14 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Please note that Stack of the Month orders may ship on a slightly adjusted timeline, depending on the release.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your pieces looking their best:
